Uma atividade na disciplina de Administração de Micro e Pequenas Empresas fez os acadêmicos do primeiro período do curso de Administração saírem da zona de conforto, planejarem um produto ou serviço inovador e desenvolverem protótipos das ideias. Os projetos, orientados pelo professor Ronaldo Telles, foram apresentados na última semana e os três grupos com as melhores iniciativas receberam prêmios de 500, 300 e 200 reais.
Divididos em grupos, os estudantes utilizaram o modelo de negócios Canvas, do Sebrae, para conceber os projetos, que deveriam levar em conta, inclusive, o custo para implantação efetiva da ação. “Desde o início da graduação, os futuros administradores devem ter uma visão diferenciada e criativa dos negócios. O mercado de trabalho exige, cada vez mais, profissionais preparados, que sejam proativos”, explica Ronaldo. “Além disso, os produtos e serviços desenvolvidos devem ter a possibilidade de atingir uma expectativa de mercado. A ideia é que eles possam ampliar esse projetos”, completa o professor.
Ao todo, foram desenvolvidos sete projetos: Um carrinho com adaptações para crianças com necessidades especiais, um aplicativo para pedidos de gás (Rescaroli), um cortador de pizza com espátula, um aplicativo para rastreamento e localização de ônibus e suas rotas na região (Meu Ponto), fabricação de pizzas personalizadas em versões sem glúten, sem lactose e fitness (Custom Pizza), uma versão de caixa correio eletrônica para condomínios (Innovator Mail) e uma tecnologia de extensão de tomada que pode ser embutida na parede (Estomatz).
Para a coordenadora do curso de Administração, Gabriella Depiné Poffo, a iniciativa é uma forma de aproximar o acadêmico e refletir o atual momento do mercado de trabalho. “Os estudantes estão, cada vez mais, antenados na importância de aproveitar as tecnologias a favor da criação de novos modelos de negócios, produtos e serviços. Todas as ideias apresentadas têm grande potencial de mercado e, ao longo do curso, eles vão amadurecendo essas práticas aliadas a teoria. Com isso, estamos formando profissionais com um grande diferencial de competitividade”, destaca Gabriella.

Os protótipos apresentados foram avaliados por uma comissão formada por professores do curso de Administração, direção e representantes da equipe pedagógica da Faculdade. Confira abaixo os vencedores:

2º Lugar: Custom Pizza
