Os acadêmicos do 2º período do curso de Educação Física participaram de uma aula diferente no último dia 02 de junho. Coachs especializados em Mahamudra fizeram uma aula demonstrativa do método de Desenvolvimento Humano focado na constante evolução humana, que trabalha o exercício físico alinhado com a mente.
A proposta de trazer o método para a Faculdade foi da professora Ana Paula Maurilia dos Santos, da disciplina de Desenvolvimento Humano, com o objetivo de demonstrar na prática o que os alunos aprendem em teoria. Ela explica que o Mahamudra é uma filosofia de vida, que atua no sentido de nivelar e evoluir a saúde por meio de três pilares: corpo, mente e espírito. Sempre tentando extrair o melhor de cada pessoa.
