Segundo a professora Diuvani Tomazoni Alexandre, a ação teve como propósito fazer com que os alunos visualizem, na prática, os conteúdos que estão pesquisando. “Estamos estudando a terceira idade com foco em qualidade de vida, que está diretamente ligada às práticas de atividades físicas. Por isso fomos conversar com esse grupo que, inclusive, disputa competições em diversas modalidades”, explica Diuvani.
Depois de assistir à aula, os futuros psicólogos puderam conversar com os idosos participantes, momento em que coletaram informações sobre saúde em geral, hábitos alimentares e da própria rotina deles enquanto atletas. No próximo dia dois de julho, eles irão se reunir de novo para um café e nova troca de experiências.
